Quality Custom Cabinetry, Inc, a privately held company founded in 1968 by Martin H. Weaver is located in the heart of the Pennsylvania Dutch country of Lancaster County in New Holland, Pennsylvania. The companys officers are Glenn L. Good, President/CEO and Jerry Weaver, Vice President. The company has experienced many changes since its inception. 1968 It began as Quality Custom Kitchens in Brownstown, Pennsylvania, with 2 employees in a 2, 200 sq. ft. building. This building housed the companys manufacturing, finishing and shipping department, showroom and office. The original production goal was to build one kitchen a day for local retail customers and builders ; and the first year sales for 1968 were nearly $100, 000. By the time the company celebrated its 25th anniversary in 1993, annual sales were close to $10 million, generated by 100 dealers and 135 employees. In the years since that anniversary, employees now number 300 and sales have tripled to $30 million annually. 1969 Fall of 1969 marked the companys move to a small furniture plant in Bareville, because a new highway would go through its original location. Bareville Furniture became the new home of Quality Custom Kitchens, with a new manufacturing shop in the rear and a new showroom.
