It is open year-round and is located in the Wells Fargo parking lot at Larga Avenue.

Menu highlights include ham and gruyere grilled cheese, tempeh bacon melt, modern tuna melt, "not so fried" chicken, steak BLT, BBQ pulled pork, vegan shawarma, vegan club and a roasted vegetable salad. Catering services are available.
