As with many laundromats, finding someone who works there is difficult. The owner of the store next door said that the laundry was recently taken over by a new owner who is never there. This doesn't matter much since everything the locals need seems to be at their disposal, including late-night hours.
Amigo Coin Laundry offers 34 washers and 36 dryers for the neighboring residents to use for their laundry. It is open long hours seven days a week, with the last washes at 9pm each night. It can be found along Vineland Avenue, standing out with its very large sign out front and big glass windows all around the front. It's in a convenient location that is easily located in North Hollywood. It has coin machines that give customers coins in exchange for bills because the machines operate on coins only. There are a few carts available for customers to use for their clothing as well.
