Located in North Carolina, its 900,000 square foot facility combines manufacturing automation with meticulous, hand-built detail. Beginning with the initial kiln drying of the lumber, the company manufactures the frame components that will be compatible with the durability of the leather selection. The company also oversees all other aspects of the manufacturing process, from the cutting and sewing of all patterns, to the carving and finishing of all exposed wood frames.
