Established in 1973, Consortium Library is a part of the University of Alaska Anchorage and Alaska Pacific University. The library maintains a collection of more than 930,000 products, including books, journals, magazines, newspapers and databases. It provides research material on a variety of topics, such as politics, culture, society and economics. It houses over 20,000 multimedia products that include CDs, DVDs, cassettes and videotapes. Consortium Library also provides a variety of services, such as renewals, interlibrary loans, computer access, printing and photocopying. In addition, its 205,000-square-foot facility includes over two exhibit areas and more than 10 study, meeting and viewing rooms. Consortium Library is located in Anchorage, Alaska.
