All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation and/or scheduled trip or pick-up time otherwise a full trip charge will be charged. Passengers will have 10 minutes from the time of scheduled pick-up to enter the vehicle. Passengers arriving from the airport will have 30 minutes to enter the vehicle from the time the plane lands. Any time beyond these limits will result in hourly charges to be applied to the customer's account and/or credit card, in addition to the quoted rate.
