The only church in Napa County that is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), Napa Valley Lutheran is affiliated with the Sierra Pacific Synod. The church is located at the intersection with Jefferson Street, a few blocks south of Napa's historic Old Town.
This evangelical Lutheran church is affiliated with the Missouri Synod. Located on Napa's west side, the church operates a private school for Kindergarten through eighth grade and has converted part of its property into a community garden where church members, ministers and local volunteers work together to produce hundreds of pounds of fresh vegetables for the Napa Valley Food Bank each year.
