Christ The King Lutheran Church is a predominately Spanish-speaking congregation and has been part of the Sumner community since 1965. It is home to the Sumner Cooperative Preschool and Shepard's Field, which is the Sumner community garden. Community members interested in gardening anything from flowers to vegetables can sign up for a plot at City Hall.
