I am a psychotherapist and registered nurse with training in medical hypnosis and gestalt therapy utilizing and intellectual and experiential approach to help come to terms with the past while moving powerfully into the future. I develop a treatment plan with goals to improve self-esteem, gain awareness and cope with lifes challenges. I believe in a mind/body holistic approach and may utilize medical hypnosis to recruit the powerful subconscious as an ally to achieve a desired goal.
