O-Mei is a branch of Kung Fu that originated in the Sichuan provence of China. In Milpitas, the academy trains both adults and children, from beginner to competition level.
O-Mei now offers an after-school program for children ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. Programs involve chess, dance and Chinese language classes until 7pm. Additionally, day camp is offered in the summer.

Founded in 1987 by Shihan Kenneth Funakosh, Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association is located on S. Park Victoria Dr. Kenneth is a fourth cousin to Master Gichin Funakoshi, founder of modern shotokan. The academy is appropriate for children as the Senseis are friendly, patient and personable. Classes for adults and youth are available, as well as private instruction. Rates are paid monthly, and there are no annual contracts. There is special pricing for beginners.
With locations now across the country, Ernie Reyes' West Coast Martial Arts has opened a second school in Milpitas. The purpose of the association is to uphold the traditional values of martial arts respect, discipline, honor, loyalty, family and bravery to the highest level of Black Belt Excellence. Classes are divided by age: Lil' Dragons (ages 4-8), Children (ages 9-13), and Adults and Teens (ages 14 - up). Students may attend two to three classes per week.
