My Gym is a children's fitness center that provides many different classes and programs for children. Master Park's Black Belt America is located in 79 Plaza next to Milano French Organic Cleaners. A short front corridor leads to the open floor area, where children, teens and adults practice Tae Kwon Do. Parents and guests have access to a room with seating which is glassed off so they can observe training and practice sessions. Cardio and stability ball classes are also available. The martial arts studio is open later on Sundays for private parties.
