In addition to Tai Chi classes, it offers classes in Bagua Zhang (a circular fighting form), Xingyiquan (a linear fighting form), and Tai Chi Chuan (a combination of Xingyi and Bagua). It also offers Qigong classes and Labyrinth.
Master Yu's Power Kick offers self-defense and fitness programs for kids, teens and adults. His programs focus on confidence, discipline, respect and weight control through kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Hap-Ki-Do and self-defense courses. Lessons can begin as early as age 4. The school also offers lessons for children with special needs and hosts birthday parties.
Tiger Schulman's Karate Center is located on State Route 18 in East Brunswick. Tiger Schulman's offers mixed martial arts training for all ages, including courses in techniques for striking and grappling, as well as karate and kickboxing.
ATA Black Belt Academy offers a variety of martial arts classes for both children and adults. Day, afternoon and evening classes are available. It has classes in karate, tae kwon do, cardio kickboxing and krav maga. There is a free 30-day trial program for all tae kwon do classes. The facility also hosts birthday parties.
