Grand Master Seung Dong is a 9th-degree black belt in three Martial Arts styles- Tae Kwon Do, Kum Do, and Pro Tae Kwon Do. He is also the 1st "King of the World" Speed Champion, teaching Martial Arts in the USA since 1971.

Grand Master Dong brings over 50 years of personal experience to his proven system which encourages balance among three essential elements of life: body, mind, and spirit while developing self defense, fitness and confidence.

Grand Master Dong personally instructs all students, from beginners to black belts. He has trained over 5000 black belts and 17 of them have reached the Master level. Grand Master Dongs teachings emphasize the traditional martial arts values of discipline and respect combined with practical real-world training.

Dongs instructors are friendly, accessible and experienced. We stress safety first. Our classes are well structured and organized. We offer separate classes for beginners through advanced. We provide established training materials for all levels. Special classes are also offered for small children.

Our Junior Program ( ages 6 - 12 ) offers children the opportunity to improve many of the skills necessary for team sports and helps them become better students both at school and at home. Juniors will learn the martial art of Taekwondo and have fun doing it in a positive and safe environment. Improving a childs self-esteem is an important part of helping him grow to be a great leader and member of society. Therefore, we offer positive encouragement and allow each student to work at his individual level. No student sits the bench because hes not good enough. We will help each student meet his short and long term goals. Students will learn to do their best at whatever they decide to do. Through the art of Taekwondo, juniors will improve their skills in many of the following areas: Coordination & Balance - The more coordinated your child is, the fewer injuries he will sustain. Your child will improve his hand-eye coordination. He will also improve his balance and develop better posture. Focus - This skill will help your childs aim, listening abilities and reaction time. She will excel faster in any physical activity. Your child will also become a better listener and a more focused student in school.
