Taekwondo Connection is a great place for children, families or adults to visit for a true health connection. Not only is Taekwondo a sport of fitness and strength is it also a sport that strengthens and improves one's character. The definition of the sport is Tae (kicking) Kwon (striking with fist) Do (the way). Owners Wendy Santamaria and Cathy Craughan have been teaching this sport since 1999 and have no plans on quitting any time soon.
