Established in 1956, the University of South Florida is a multicampus national research university that has an annual enrollment of more than 44,000 students. Located in Tampa, Fla., the university offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in several academic fields, including architecture, business administration, health sciences, marine science, engineering, and visual and performing arts. Additionally, its athletic program offers sailing, soccer, basketball, cross country, golf and tennis. University Of South Florida offers library and media services that offer e-catalogs, books and media reserves, e-journals, and databases and journals. The university also offers students financial assistance in the form of assistantships, grants, scholarships, federal aid and work study programs.
