Internist Jessica Vazquez, MD is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and practices at iMED Healthcare Associates in San Antonio. She has a medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and completed her residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (UTHSCT)/Good Shepherd Medical Center in Tyler, Texas. She served as chief resident and a member of the Patient-Centered Medical Home Clinic Committee.
