We start with a wheat germ, spring water dough that is sweetened with molasses!! Hand tossed and baked on the stone. All fresh ingredients. Locally baked french and Wheat bread for our unique hoagies. And scrumptious salads to boot!!! We are serving Gluten Free pizzas, and 90% of our dressings are GF as well!!
