VFW Post 1503 is a nonprofit organization created by veterans for veterans. Members are privy to frequent meals served inside the facility on Minnieville Road. While the facility is open daily to members, it is only occasionally open to the public for events. Through various events held during the year, the organization aims to raise awareness of citizens who have fought wars for the country's freedom.
