JFCS, also known as Jewish Family and Childrens Service, is a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization that provides behavioral health and social services to individuals throughout Maricopa County in Arizona. The organization serves more than 14,000 children and adults. It manages the Real World Job Development program, which serves at-risk youths between the ages of 14 and 21. JFCS offers outpatient mental health, psychiatric care and medication solutions. The organization manages ElderVention, which provides senior center and retirement facility prevention programs. Its Geriatric In-Home Program features case management, counseling and advocacy solutions. JFCS manages the Shelter Without Walls program, which is a nonresidential service that helps men, women and children who are the victims of domestic violence.
