Michael Samko opened this practice in Oceanside in 2002, but has more than 30 years of solid experience in psychotherapy. A licensed psychologist, Dr. Samko specializes in families, couples and children. His techniques to help clients incorporate a number of widely regarded approaches to psychology, including his occasional use of hypnotherapy. For individuals, he offers a range of services for issues such as weight control, behavorial problems, depression, anger management and much more.
Rady Children’s Hospital Outpatient Center is located on the second floor of the Tri-City Corporate Towers. This is not a full-service hospital, but rather an extension of the nationally renowned San Diego facility. The offices here offer psychiatric services to children and their families, including individual, family and group therapy. Patients are referred here from the main hospital in San Diego.
