Comprehensive Counseling Service is a mental health facility serving the Barrow County community. It provides individual, couple and family counseling services that help address emotional problems and mental illnesses. The facility also offers a substance abuse program for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. Anger management courses are also available to help individuals identify and address issues dealing with frustration, anger and stress.
Intown Child Therapy offers counseling and therapy services for children and teens ages 3 to 18, providing support through the often-difficult formative years. Services are available for children and teens facing a variety of issues, from depression and anxiety to self-esteem issues, social skills and family transition issues, as well as attention, learning and developmental disorders. Parent consultations and school meetings and observations are also available.
