I will encourage you to reach within yourself so that you can identify and label your feelings. Knowing how you feel and why you feel a particular way is essential to problem solving. Once you get in touch with your feelings and begin to problem solve you will become better acquainted with yourself. Understanding yourself and why you are not comfortable in your own skin is paramount to becoming the kind of person you want to become.
