Chartiers Community Mental Health & Retardation Center is a private, non-profit agency that offers a wide range of mental health services for families and individuals in the community. Additionally, the organization provides vocational training, a senior center, living programs and community activities for the mentally disabled, as well as transitioning services for disabled students.
