Norseland Foods is the parent company of Jarlsberg, which is the number one name in Norwegian specialty cheeses. Responsible for the importation as well as sales and marketing efforts of Scandinavian products in the United States, Norseland also has regional sales offices in New York City, Montreal and Los Angeles, with the company headquarters on East Main Street just outside of downtown Stamford. In addition to Jarlsberg products, Norseland also oversees Old Amsterdam, Garcia Baquero and Woolrich Dairy brand cheeses.
