The Windsor Locks store is part of a national chain of discount stores and offers what the company's Web site describes as "a mix of quality name brand products [customers] use everyday. The store is located in Dexter Plaza, which has plenty of parking, and has a drive-up ATM (Webster bank) at the front of the parking area.
109 Cheese and Wine provides a cheese selection for four to six people, an assortment of Bernard's Pates, Smoked Salmon Platter and Savory Tarts from The Red Barn Bakery are all available at the store. It also offers gift certificates and a few items one can order for local delivery or ship.
