Coors Field is a stadium located in Denver, Colorado. Coors Field is currently home to the MLB team the Colorado Rockies. The stadium opened on April 26, 1995 with the construction taking just over a two and a half years at a cost of just over $300 million, about $465 million in today’s dollars. Coors Brewery Company, located in Golden, Colorado, bought the naming rights before Coors Field opened and continues to hold them today. The stadium was built to give the Rockies a home since they played the first few seasons and the old Mile High Stadium.

The Colorado Rockies are one time National League Pennants and are members of the West Division of the National League within MLB.  They are known by their team colors consisting of purple, black, silver and white. The current owner of the Rockies is Dan O’Dowd.

The stadium currently holds 50,480 fans. There are 63 luxury suites and over 4,500 seats at the club level. Currently, it is the second largest stadium in MLB in terms of seating capacity. 

In terms of parking there are several options: Lot A is the closest to the stadium, Lot B is the furthest but also has the most economical options. There is also disabled parking available.
