Mountain Villa Retirement Community is located off of Mountain Villa Drive at the foothills of Mount Rainier. The facility accepts residents 55 and older. It is clean, attractive and well maintained and features mobile and manufactured housing. There is a large community center where residents can gather for parties and events, visit with friends or enjoy quiet time.
Golden Rose is a mobile park located within miles of downtown Puyallup. Though technically mobile, the modular homes are available in generous sizes and with a variety of amenities. Each lot has parking and a small yard and the park is surrounded by trees and rock gardens.
