This is the Beverly Hills office for the Paul Kohner Agency, an artist's management business. This is one of the first and most historic agencies in town for it was founded by Kohner in 1938, during the golden age of Hollywood. Some of Kohner's clients at that time were movie stars Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo and Lana Turner. Today, the agency is run by Pearl Wexler, the President of Paul Kohner, Inc. The agency represents artist such as actors, singers and writers. It will prepare all contracts between the producers and the talent and will work with promoting the finished project. It will arrange interviews or auditions with producers for future films or publishing. The agency will receive a percentage of the fee the talent will earn only after it is sold, booked and paid.
