On weekdays, it plays music ranging from R&B to contemporary hits to classics of the '70s and '80s geared toward an older crowd, but also fun for younger patrons. On the weekends, the dynamic of the bar changes completely, with faster-paced club music and a cover charge to get in. Blue Note also has a karaoke night, for musical aspirants of all ages.
