Chesapeake Energy Arena is a stadium located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The stadium opened as the Ford Center on June 8, 2002 with the construction taking just over three years at a cost of just over $89 million, $114 million in present day dollars. Currently, the Chesapeake Energy Arena houses the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are one time NBA Champions and are members of the Northwest Division of the Western Conference within the NBA.  They are known by their team colors consisting of blue, red, yellow and dark blue. The current owner of the Oklahoma City Thunder is the Professional Basketball Club L.L.C.

The stadium currently holds 18,203 fans for basketball games. There are 49 luxury suites and over 3,300 seats at the club level. Currently, it was the 23rd largest stadium in the NBA. Chesapeake Energy Arena is also a great venue for other events like professional wrestling and Ultimate Fighting.
