The Orange County Musicians Association, a non-profit organization, has been representing professional musicians in the area since 1923. From the Disneyland Band to the Pacific Symphony Orchestra, our members provide the highest quality musicianship to the audiences of Orange County. Our membership of approximately 1000 consists of instrumentalists and vocalists who perform live and in recording studios locally and internationally. The officers and staff of Local 7 take care of the business of the music, from negotiating a collective bargaining agreement to referring a musician for a private party. We administer contracts for live and recorded performances, as well as provide the musicians with career guidance and benefits such as pension and medical insurance. By working together, the musicians and the administrators are able to attain such goals as only a team of professionals can.

Blind Childrens Learning Center is located in Santa Ana, Calif. The center helps develop the full potential of visually impaired children and youth to enable them to lead independent lives. A part of the center s services and programs is the Early Childhood Center that includes eight classrooms and play area for infants and children. The multimedia library at the center provides a place for children to explore tactile, large print and Braille books. Parents, teachers, students and other professionals in the field of visual impairment have access to resources in the library. The on-site counseling office provides a place where children can meet with the school counselor and receive help through play therapy. Founded in 1948, the Santa Ana Educators Association is the exclusive representative of the non-management certificated employees, such as teachers and educational support staff, in the Santa Ana Unified School District. We have about 2600 members and are affiliated with the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association. As a union we negotiate the wages and working conditions of our bargaining unit members as well as help them navigate the local and state bureaucracies. As an organization we are committed to improving and protecting public education and the civil rights and general welfare of children and teachers.

Prentice School, founded in 1986, is an independent, nonprofit, coeducational school for dyslexic children.
