Builders Exchange HistoryThe Builders Exchange of Santa Clara County is a nonprofit association of subcontractors, general contractors, architects, engineers, material suppliers, manufacturers representatives and others closely related to the construction industry. The governing board of the exchange is an elected cross-section of construction business professionals. The exchanges goal is to provide a central location to review current construction blueprints and to collect timely construction information.The Builders Exchange was established in the Santa Clara Valley in 1893 and is the second oldest exchange in California. Valley Village Retirement Community has been serving senior citizens in Santa Clara Valley in California since 1966. The community offers immunization and medication administration services. It provides health education, as well as maintenance, transportation and postal solutions. Valley Village Retirement Community provides apartments for over 330 seniors. It features dining rooms that offers meals and hosts special parties and events. The community features a social center, pool room and library. Valley Village Retirement Community conducts physical education, creative writing and tai chi classes. The community has a primary care clinic that offers first-aid and blood pressure checking services. It is owned and operated by the Church of the Valley Retirement Homes, which is a nonprofit organization.

Pacific Autism Center for Education is a private, nonprofit organization that provides high quality programs for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. PACE provides for the educational and residential needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Specialists in speech and language development, occupational therapy, behavior management and special education instruction work as a team to serve the diverse needs of its clients. PACE owns and operates six licensed residential group homes serving a total of 36 clients from the ages of 3 to more than 60 years of age. PACE school is a certified, nonprofit, nonpublic school for persons with autism and related developmental disabilities, serving students 3 to 22 years of age. PACE was founded in 1989.
