The New Hampshire Theatre Project is an educational theatre that trains and educates those in the performing arts. It works with local schools and individuals to teach performing, acting and other theatre-related roles. The facility also hosts community performances and residency programs for schools, the community and corporate entities.
Players' Ring Theatre, located on the grounds of Prescott Park and across the street from Strawberry Banke Museum, has been in the community for more than 20 years. It is a group of over 200 artists, actors/actresses, directors, playwrights and technicians that work together to produce plays for the general public.
Salvation Army offers services such as a soup kitchen, Women's Fellowship, Girl's Activities & Music and Boy's Adventure Corps & Music/Drama. Salvation Army also offers Bible Fellowship and Alcoholics Anonymous.
