Rachel has a bachelors degree in nursing with honors from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She earned a masters degree in nursing from the University of Missouri; Kansas City. Rachel is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. "Being a family nurse practitioner allows me to work directly with families to help them reach their ideal level of wellness,"; says Rachel. Rachel treats acute and chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. She performs womens health and well-child exams. As a mother of three, Rachel is comfortable with children and loves caring for them. She has extensive pediatric critical care and transport experience and is fluent in English and Spanish.
