The Rainbow Adult Day Center was established here in 2009. It is an activity-based program serving the mentally and physically handicapped with medical support. Activities include Bingo, card and board games, community trips and more. The caring staff provides nursing and physical therapy services, and the center is governed by the EOEA.

Additionally, Aviv's partnerships with the North Suburban JCC Early Childhood center and the Jewish Heritage Center allow it to offer a wide range of on-site intergenerational programming that encompasses both history and the future.
Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 152-bed facility situated near Route 128, the Northshore Mall, and the Salem Country Club. It provides personalized rehabilitation, nursing and long-term care. It is right across the street from the Salem Country Club in Peabody. It is affiliated with Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts.
Brooksby Village is a senior living facility. It offers independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, respite care, memory care, and nursing care. The community supports hundreds of on and off-campus clubs and activities, on-site restaurants, off-site transportation an on-site medical center, a day spa, a salon/barbershop, a bank, a convenience store, a pharmacy, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
