Country Meadows is a large retirement community that consists of four buildings, each offering a different level of care for its residents. One facility houses the Alzheimer unit called Connections, which is not connected to the other units but does include a fenced-in outdoor recreational area so that the residents may still enjoy the outdoors. Independent living is also an option, which allows residents the comfort of living at home along with the ability to take advantage of what a retirement home can offer.
Another unit houses assisted living, in which residents are able to maintain their privacy while also receiving extra help with certain tasks such as dressing, bathing or cooking. A skilled nursing care unit is also available, offering residents medical care. All units offer social interactions and recreational activities. Country Meadows provides transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping and church. The facility also has a rehabilitation service program called Pathways Restorative Services.
Washington Commons is an assisted living facility for seniors. For more information, or to schedule a tour, please contact its main office.
