FitnessQuest is a training and nutrition center. It provides medically-based fitness programs to help individuals recover from surgery. improve overall wellness and combat conditions such as hypertension, obesity, heart disease and certain chronic illnesses. Personal training and group classes are offered along with weight management. There is an additional location in Clarkston.
