About Valerie Early is excited to announce the opening of Nutrition, Connection, Balance, ( NCB ). The vision of NCB is to provide wellness through individualized therapies and optimal nutrition. Individuals will obtain the tools and health information to feel empowered and in charge of their present and future longevity, therefore obtaining the highest quality of life. NCB offers individualized consultations that include all Medical Nutrition Therapies, weight loss programs, eating disorders, hormone assessments for men and women, dietary supplement recommendations based on research, ADD, ADHD and health screenings for thyroid, depression, anxiety, hormones and body fat. NCB provides training sessions to integrative centers and health practitioners, and gives presentations to large groups and business presentations. Reiki is offered in small classes of four to eight individuals. Valerie became involved with Reiki because it is one of the few healing Biofield modalities that can be learned in one to two days and affects the bodys energy fields through touch and/or specific hand positions on or around the body.Reiki is used in many clinical environments and can help with many conditions and symptoms like cancer, fatigue syndromes, stress, and immune dysfunctions. Men, women and children need more healing tools that they can administer to themselves, family members and pets. Reiki has this ability.
