American Executive Center (AEC) is a family owned and operated corporation that has been Silicon Valleys premier provider of professional office space leasing and support services since 1985. The company was founded by Entrepreneurial Businessman Scott Warner. Scott earned his Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and later attained an MBA from the Santa Clara University School of Business. After many years in the world of electrical engineering, Scott moved on to a career in residential real estate. After a short time in the real estate business, it became quite apparent that there was a revolution coming that would change the way people think about their office needs. Scott put together the financing he needed and the Cupertino location was opened in 1985. The immediate success of AEC at its location in Cupertino led to the opening of the San Jose Airport office in 1987. In 1992, Scotts eldest son Keith took over the main responsibilities of running the business as Scott moved on to pursue other ventures. Keith, who graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Business with a degree in Finance assumed the role of President. A couple of years later, in 1994, younger son Jeff joined the business upon his graduation from the San Diego State University school of Business with a degree in Marketing. The two sons have been running and growing the business successfully for over 10 years now. Several other immediate and extended family members have been and continue to be an important part of the team. Other non-family members have been employees for over 9 years and treat the company as if it were their own families that were running it. It is this ownership attitude that permeates the company and results in service standards that are a cut above the rest. Through the years the team at AEC has been able to create a friendly, professional, and productive environment that doesnt allow that corporate attitude to seep in. In 2004, AEC opened its Sunnyvale Business Center and now, together, our three locations comprise more than 60, 000 square feet of prime office space, with 215 individual offices and suites that range in size from 100 to 450 square feet.
