Wampold Companies began with the development of apartment communities in rural areas of south Louisiana financed through the Farmers Home Administration. The company eventually developed and managed seven such properties located throughout south Louisiana. 1985, Conventional Multi-family Housing. The Company began acquiring and performing major renovations to existing conventional multi-family apartment communities.
