Along with Mr. Miller, Mr. Bryant co-founded Louisiana Delta Oil Company in April, 2001, to develop and drill oil and gas prospects on the Delta Farms property. Mr. Bryant has 27 years experience, three years with Gulf Oil Corporation as a Petroleum Landman, 14 years with International Paper Companys Petroleum subsidiary, IP Petroleum, the last five years of which he served as Manager of Business Development, two years with Texas Petroleum Investment Company, as Director of Business Development and the last eight years as President of Louisiana Delta Oil Company, LLC.Mr. Bryant and two Petroleum Engineers, started the Petroleum Subsidary of International Paper Company, IP Petroleum, in 1984 to better manage the mineral assets of International Paper Company, then over 6, 000, 000 acres, and growing to over 8, 500, 000 acres by 1998. In 1996 Mr. Bryant was recognized by the Chairman of Board of International Paper Company, with the "Award of Excellance" given annually to the top employee in marketing of International Paper Company. At the time of Mr. Bryants departure from IP Petroleum, the subsidary had grown to over $400 million in oil and gas reserves and was the most profitable business unit of International Paper Company.Mr. Bryant is a 1981 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management and a B.S.; Minor in Geology.
