Chestnut Hill Health System is a community-based health system serving the neighborhoods of northwest Philadelphia and eastern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Chestnut Hill Health System is an integrated health system providing a variety of services including inpatient hospitalization, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and outpatient surgery.
