A Chance to Grow, based in Minneapolis, is a nonprofit agency that assists children with learning problems, developmental delays and brain injuries. The institution offers a range of programs, such as the New Visions School, a public charter school, consisting kindergarten through seventh grade, that has an enrollment of more than 200 children. The school is one of the few in the state to qualify for the Federally-sponsored Reading First program.
