Jacob M. Wisbeck, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery who sees patients in Ellicott City / Howard County, Lutherville / Timonium / Towson and in Baltimore at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital.
