Arcet Equipment is one of the largest distributors of welding products and industrial gases in Virginia, with more than 20 sales locations throughout the state, including one in Norfolk. It sells welding equipment, industrial, specialty and medical gases in addition to supplying restaurants with gases through its beverage carbonation division. Established in 1946, each of its locations has its own radio-dispatched delivery trucks, enabling deliveries to clients the same day. Its delivery trucks offer an automatic check-stop service where drivers stop by a shop automatically, to replenish empties, ensuring that its customers have an uninterrupted flow of welding gases and supplies. Arcet Equipment operates seven service centers in the state.
