The Authority was chartered in 1954 by the Mt. Lebanon Commission under the Pennsylvania "Parking Authority LawAll disputes on tickets can be addressed to District Magistrate Blaise Larotonda. His office is currently located at 680 Washington Road next to the Textile Studio. He will hear all disputes at no charge on Monday thru Wednesday between the hours of 8am and 9am or 2pm and 3pm.
