The Whitefire Theatre is a medium-sized theater located on Ventura Boulevard off of Sunnyslope Avenue. Its has provided classes, workshops, and entertainment of its own for nearly 30 years. Bryan Rasmussen, who worked on many well known shows, offers classes in acting, comedy, and musical theatre. The theatre serves as a place to enhance abilities, see performances, and to create original material. Rental time is also available to screen movies. Open Stage West is a theater that puts on improv and comedy performances, full-length plays, musicals, one-acts and one-night showcases of various short plays.
