Dancespace is a local dance studio. It offers instruction to children and adults, in addition to having summer workshops and performance opportunities. Dancespace offers classes in pointe, pre-ballet, ballet (beginner to advanced), choreography and composition, modern dance, jazz, creative movement and hip-hop. Its annual performance is produced in conjunction with the COterie DAnce Company at the Holy Names University. Dancespace is led by founder and instructor Beth Hoge.
Temple of the Arts is a religious organization that introduces artists to the Jewish community in Beverly Hills and provides a unique performance platform for new expressions of praise and worship. Rabbi David Baron founded the temple, which fuses religion, music, drama and dance to inspire followers of the Jewish faith. The Temple of the Arts is the largest arts synagogue in the United States.
The Young Actor's Studio is located on the 2nd floor of the 5217 building along Lankershim Boulevard. It features classes for kids ages 4-18, as well as adult workshops and more. The space is divided into 2 studios, each with various spaces used for acting classes.
Previous students have included Shia LeBeouf, Scarlett Johansson and Samantha Mahurin. The school primarily focuses on enhancing and molding the talents of young actors through performance and training. The instructors are all professionals at their craft and are highly experienced. Theatre Tribe is a smaller theatre located along Lankershim Boulevard with the NoHo Arts District. It is a 38-seat playhouse that strives to merge the world of theatre with the intensity, speed and entertainment of films. The theatre was founded in 1999, and moved to its current space in 2002. The playhouse continues to showcase world premiere plays in its small, but charming theatre space. Credit cards are accepted and parking is free on the street after 6pm. Fanatsy Dance Studio specializes in hip-hop, jazz, zumba, ballroom, ballet and folk dancing. It teaches students from three years to adult, from beginning to pre-professional level. Fantasy Dance Studio also boasts its own dance troupe which performs in dance compettions throughout the Bay Area. In summertime, the studio runs an overnight dance camp for kids at Costanoa Lodge. Fantasy Dance Studio comprises two separate, spacious, air-conditioned studios to accomodate an increased numbers of participants.

Laguna Playhouse offers live entertainment from leading stage artists and specializes in musicals and classic theater. Apart from mainstream theater like "I Love Lucy" and "Daddy Long Legs," it also actively helps develop opportunities for new and younger talent through its Youth Theater and Theater For A New Generation programs. Since this playhouse promotes local talent, the events are frequently sponsored by local organizations such as OC Register and the Laguna Beach Visitors & Conference Bureau. PYB was founded in 1979 and is comprised of dancers whose ages range from 5 to adult. 2010's production is The Nut Cracker. Previous productions have included Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Stars and Stripes and La La Bayadere. Originally established by Erin Holt in 1987, this dance academy moved to La Canada in 1998 in order to accommodate more students.
