Founded in 2003, Touhill Performing Arts Center specializes in arranging and hosting cultural events. Based in Saint Louis, Mo., the center is located at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) campus and serves UMSL students in classes at the College of Fine Arts and Communication. It caters to an array of events, including Opera, dance, classical events and jazz as well as special, academic and international events. Touhill Performing Arts Center offers its facility for a range of performances, meetings, banquets and other events on rent. Its list of partners includes Saint Louis Ballet, The Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, Art Fagan Associates and Modern American Dance Company.

Motion Express teaches all levels of dance and acrobatics to students from 3 years old to adult. More than 30 classes are offered, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop and acrobatics.
