In residence at Fontbonne University, the Mustard Seed Theatre puts on performances that deal with and explore issues of faith and society. Past seasons' performances have included The Chosen, Shadowlands, Fires in the Mirror and Fiddler on the Roof. The artistic director at the theater is Deanna Jent. Motion Express teaches all levels of dance and acrobatics to students from 3 years old to adult. More than 30 classes are offered, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop and acrobatics. The school, located in the Concord Plaza shopping center, has three studios with professional raised dance floors, viewing areas and dressing rooms. It is the home of Dance Force, a regional and national award-winning company in choreography and performance. The school is a member of Dance St. Louis, Dance Masters of America and United States Sports Acrobatics.
