The Boxing Club (TBC) was created with a belief that fight arts can be an effective and fun platform for overall fitness and health. With that in mind, we brought together the top fight and fitness instructors to bring you everything needed to get into fighting shape from Boxing, Kickboxing, & Muay Thai to Yoga and HIIT training. AT TBC, everyone from the beginner looking to start their fitness journey to the fighter looking to compete is welcome.
